So, what is this page about? It is a place for Real Life Superheroes to file reports on their activities. The information is collected and collated, then disseminated back through the Superhero community. The purpose of the form is to aid Heroes in tracking potential criminal issues developing across jurisdictional lines, the better to advise Local and National Law Enforcement - They cannot act if they don't know that they need to.
